Hello, N. 10 white envelopes are fine. Please include a stamp as patriotic Liberty Bell. My boyfriend is in the army and are governed by strict rules for the mail. N. Fed Ex, Certified Mail, USPS. Only white envelopes. Packages must be smaller than a shoebox. N. or colored stickers on the front or back of the envelope. Only the sender and the receipt of address. Hope that helps!
