Where can I snowboard in September/October in the USA or Canada?

I live in Pennsylvania and it’s like 90 degress. Snowboarding is my favorite thing to do and I get a vacation as a college graduation gift. The only time i can make the trip would be later september-early october. Does anyone know what mountains or ski areas have snow and are open that time of the year in the USA or prefably Canada? I looked but it looks like everything is closed..

Last year the COLORADO’S ARAPAHOE BASIN opened it’s ski season on Oct. 10th, the earliest in North America. It was the second consecutive year that they had the earliest opening. They probably have the best shot.
