How do i know what size skis, poles and boots i need?

Hey everyone. I ski a lot but i always rent. I want to buy skis but i do not know what size i need. My details are..

You will probably be on 165-170 cm skis (around nose high), a boot that will fit your feet (this is the only criterion) and a pole that is about waist high.
