How do you ski race very well? ?

I ski since I was 3 and now 14 years and I'm trying for the ski team. I am a very advanced skier but there are 80 guys trying for 52 points. I want to be the best and get noticed. What are some tips that you can give me to be the best. Even what some workouts at home that could make me a better skier? Thankyou!

Puts some tension on the thighs in order to strengthen the legs / thighs, squats, lunges, whatever. Pending in Your turn is very helpful and as we see on TV is really convenient to get in, sit your hips back and bend forward, bending your arms Just in practice very complex. Good luck!
