Snowboard sizes helpppp!?
Im looking at getting the burton blunt.
its a guys board so i need it in a small size. (im a girl)
i found one that is a 142 but in a youth.
does it being a youth board make it smaller then a womans 142?
Im ordering offline.
and i no that if i get a womans board i need a 142-143

Idk how many times I’ve come to check out someones question on board sizing and seen people answer with the old “keep it between you chin and eyes” routine. TOTALLY wrong. Boards are sized by weight. Each one flexes according to weight. A heavier person will make a 142 board flex a lot more than a lighter person, only makes sense right? lol. As far as your Burton, like Rome said, a 142 is a 142, it might have a little more flew to it cuz its a youth, but sounds good for you, as long as your under 130lbs, prolly around 115-120, give or take.
