Buying first snowboard, bindings and boots?

Hi, I am buying a Ride Control 06-07 board, and I can’t decide whether I should go with a 155 or a 158, I am a female, 5″10 and about 180 lbs.
I also have a size 10 women’s shoe size, and I’m debating whether to get the medium or large Ride LS bindings. Haven’t picked out boots yet.

go to a ski resort to get fitted for a board and bindings. then write down all the specs they give you, and buy the board and bindings with the same specs.
