Snowboard Size

Is a 146 a good size snowboard for me?

I am 5′2″ and I weigh 150 lb. My dad just bought me a snowboard and its a size 146. Is this the correct size for me?

Sounds pretty good. But there are so many factors. What is your skill level? Are you wanting to ride in the park? Open mountain? Everywhere? Park boards are usually smaller where open mountain boards are usually longer. And of course, something in between would be better if you want to do both. Probably, if you are just learning, whatever board you feel comfortable on will be just fine. You just want to make sure your feet aren’t too spread out and the board doesn’t feel too large for you to handle. I bet a 146 will be just fine for you.
