I just bought a new snowboard Salomon Storm. I need to make waxed or reduce?

Storm Snowboard Salomon. 159 centimeters is a wax or should I wax it? What kind of wax do you recommend? I think this is reducing, but what do I get in future for further development?

I would get it hot wax – This will help to protect the base especially in the early season, when there may still be some obstacles that could scratch your base. should not need to be tuned now when it is new – I have my board tuned and waxed once a year (about 12 – 15 days of riding) and appears to be sufficient.
