How would a Christian response to the question: where are you spiritually?

I recently gave a paper to be filled mens ministry who asked "where six spiritually. "Now, even if I accepted Christ at the age of seven years and try to live a Christ-centered life I did not know how to answer this question. Will the Christians in this discussion forum with this question?

I'm a Christian, and if the question were put to me, I'd say I'm a work in progress. Where am I spiritually? Are in a state of progression. I'm not where I want to be, but I also made some positive steps that led me to a healthier way of awareness spiritual that I had in the past. I am in a state of growth and change.
